Secretary Report: Here’s where I get to say I am so sad our members are not attending meetings. The regular meeting didn’t have a quorum. This is only 10 members. Feed back to any board member will help us make any changes that will bring you in; as you, our members, are "the club".

Welcome our new members: : I am sad to report there are no new members due to lack of quorum.

Clean up Day: Thank you to the Trudells and the Hartmans for their hard work that day. If anyone wants to do something at the club, please contact a board member, we can suggest things that were not completed on the work day.

Father's Day Kids Fishing Derby: Mother Nature provided a great day for fishing. Local kids with Dad and Granddads caught lots of fish. Thank you to those who assisted.

10 Gun Raffle: Sales are slow. Are you asking your friends to take the chance? If they are not a “gun” person, suggest they can sell the firearm and have $$$ in their pockets. We need people to be at the Tupper Lake field days – Here is your chance to get free raffle tickets. Contact Theresa (524-2160) if you can volunteer some of your time August 19 – 21.

Malone Fair: Interested in sharing your hobby with the public? Each year the club puts up a display at the Fair. We just need a few things. Space is shared with the other member clubs. Contact Theresa if you have an idea and would lend things for the week. Volunteers are needed to be representatives on Saturday and Sunday the 14th & 15th. These people assist with getting kids signed up for fee fishing poles given away daily. They sell 50/50 tickets that benefit the Franklin County Federation (this is their ONLY fund raiser). You get to meet lots of people. We do two shifts on Saturday; 9:30 am to 2pm and 2 pm to 9 pm. Sunday will be one shift 9:30 am to fair closing (about 1PM). We will have the 10 Guns selling raffle tickets. (Another chance to get your free tickets).

Gate Locked: Please remember to lock the gate (and clubhouse) when you leave. This club is for members who pay their dues (and receive the combo when paid), not for the general public. You may bring a guest. Non members on property without member escort (or rental contract) are trespassers.

Constitutional Change: This didn’t happen. Will try for the next meeting.
